BIOGRAPHY

Andries Geyser is a qualified attorney, notary, conveyancer and registered tax practitioner. On March 1963 he moved to Pietermaritzburg and subsequently was a Partner, Chairman, and Director of GDLK. His legal skills are varied with experience in most fields, however, his preferred areas of practice include commercial work, insolvency enquiries and litigation.

Andries has been the president of the Association of Law Societies of South Africa and KwaZulu-Natal Law Society. He was also a member of the Town Planning Appeals Board and has been actively involved in property development over many years. He is very active in the community as president of the Maritzburg Collegians Rugby Club and a member of the Maritzburg Rugby Sub-Union to name just a few. Andries played rugby and achieved Natal honours both at U20 level as well as senior level.
