BIOGRAPHY

Nosipo Mgojo is a director in the Conveyancing Division and the largest part of her practice is dealing with Bank work. She qualified as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 1999 and as a Notary Public in 2000.

She has been involved in several property developments namely Brettenwood Coastal Estate at Sheffield Beach and Palm Springs in Mount Edgecombe.

Her area of practice as a Notary is the registration of electrical powerline servitudes for Eskom and pipeline servitudes for Transnet.

Nosipo has served on the following Boards:

• Epworth Private Girls' School
• Seth Mokitini Methodist Seminary
• Trustee, the Awesome South Africa Trust

She has served as an Examiner for the KZN Conveyancing Panel.

She currently serves on the Timber Treated Products Board and Pietermaritzburg Midlands Chamber of Business
