Venns | Litigation And Dispute Resolution

LITIGATION and DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We do our best to resolve all our clients' disputes promptly by giving solid, practical advice at the outset with a view to avoiding unnecessary litigation. Disputes that cannot be resolved in this way are only pursued in court with a view to achieving results and adding value. Clients are assured of our integrity, confidentiality and cost-effective practical results. Our specialised Litigation Department comprises four directors, two executive consultants, one associate and seven professional assistants. In addition the department has various specialised units dealing in particular areas of law.

Complex working relationships among individuals, companies and other organisations mean that disagreements are inevitable. We are proactive in resolving disputes in the best interest of our clients, emphasising the need to be efficient and expedient in the chosen course of action. If formal litigation is ultimately unavoidable, our approach is to try to resolve disputes in the most cost-effective way possible.

We provide a professional and efficient legal service, whether in a court room, arbitration/ tribunal hearing or other dispute resolution forum. Whether you are the plaintiff, defendant, applicant, respondent or interested third party, it is important to know your rights, options and recourses available in litigation proceedings.
